meet the demands of anyone that requires services on a regular basis or just one time. We are bonded & insured, and provide all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment.

Deep Cleaning
This is the best option for clients looking for a one time deep cleaning. Also the recommended service for new clients to get their home in maintenance condition in advance of signing on for recurring services. The price of this service is dependent on the size and condition of the home.
This option includes:
Kitchen:
​Wash outside of cabinets & drawers
Clean backsplash and countertops (including wiping down mini appliances)
clean outside of appliances (inside of microwave)
Load and run dishwasher(excess dishes will be stacked neatly in the sink)
Clean sink and faucet
Polish stainless steel appliances
Vacuum and mop floors
Wash baseboards
Clean inside of appliances (if needed)
Take out garbage
Plus any applicable items listed under All Rooms
Bathrooms:​
Clean light fixtures and mirror
Clean tub, shower & toilet
Clean counters, sink(s) & faucet(s)
Wash outside of vanity cabinets and drawers

General cleaning / Recurring service
This is the ideal option for clients needing assistance with basic cleaning. Also the service package provided when signing up for recurring services, which is essential to the upkeep and maintenance of any home. Price is dependant on the size and overall condition of the home. A fixed price will be set for our recurring service clients.

This option is recommended for clients moving out of a property....whether seeking the return of their security deposit or in prep to list to sell. Also ideal for clients moving into a new home in order to clean and sanitize before moving in. Pricing is dependent on the size and condition of the home.
